Emily McMaster
Emily is an entrepreneur and curator with over 20 years of experience in storytelling through film, fashion, and food. After completing film school at NYU and working briefly in the film industry, she founded the beloved children’s brand mabo, successfully positioning it in the luxury sustainable market through wholesale and direct channels, while also collaborating creatively with several renowned brands in kids’, women’s, and home goods. Beyond mabo, Emily has curated brick-and-mortar stores and co-designed popular food concepts in Salt Lake City with her husband. With a strong background in high-level strategy and a passion for thoughtfully crafted products and brands with a sense of history and meaning, Emily is dedicated to finding fresh ways to elevate and grow concepts.

Emma Rothkopf
Emma is a seasoned designer with a background in fine art and an unwavering commitment to creating products with depth and intention. With a degree from Amherst College, Emma launched her career in New York as the Design Director for Apiece Apart, where she led creative direction with a focus on enduring design principles. After relocating to Los Angeles, she established her own eponymous label with an emphasis on timeless design and sustainable and ethical production both domestic and overseas. Emma has collaborated with brands of all sizes, from B Sides Jeans to The Sundance Catalog, where her contributions span design and product development. Emma is equally passionate about mentorship, sharing her industry knowledge to foster creativity, empower emerging designers.
